Karen and I welcomed in the New Year at the petroglyphs near our house in northern Arizona. It is believed to be a Native American site. Archaeologists say it’s one of the most complete sites of it’s kind.
We’re 6000ft above sea level here and this is believed to be on a water trail that led from south to the north and beyond. It has been featured in books, tours by national and local rock art groups.
In the past, we’ve worked with Native Americans to not only preserve the site but find out more about it and we’re currently working with archaeologists
Following on from my New Year video, here’s another short clip of me playing at the petroglyphs on the ranch.
The acoustics at this site are really superb.
Thanks for going onto the site and for leaving a comment Greg.
All the best and keep enjoying your piping.
